Company Profile
Sam Construction is a Fort Payne based general contractor owned by Sam and Randy Wilson
specializing in commercial and industrial work. Sam Construction is a fully licensed, fully insured unlimited
company. Sam projects have included pump stations, sewer plants, banks,
restaurants and large medical and assisted living facilities.
History
Sam Construction was set up in 1977 by brothers Sam and Randy Wilson. From 1977 to 1996 they built
residential homes and were named Homebuilder of the Year in 1982. In 1986 the company began working on commercial
projects. In 1996 Sam and Randy decided to concentrate on one thing and established themselves as a commercial/industrial
general contractor. Since then they have built anything from pump stations to cell phone tower pads to
Captain D's to Burger Kings to Quiznos to medical facilities while also building a wide base of satisfied customers
and a reputation second to none.
Mission Statement
Since opening for business in 1977, Sam Construction has built a reputation of integrity and excellence. This is
something we do not take lightly. The mission of Sam Construction is to continue to provide superior
quality general construction services that are contracted, scheduled, engineered, and managed to create maximum
value for our customers, owners, employees, and the community.
